Pet Policy
At Alexan Waterloo we love our Fur-babies! We have no weight limit on our furry friends. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet, and a $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions do apply. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process.
*Standard Breed Restrictions: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds.
